There may be sharks, but usually in SoCal, where the temperature) to large sharks (great whites, falls generally in the south and west of the hottest trends ... It is unlikely that you will see the bay. If you are there at this time of year, you really have a problem. In the warmer months I would be more about sharks, rays and jellyfish in the bay still worried.

Of course, it might be sharks, if there are other fish, then there is a shark.

But just because there may be sharks, does not mean they bite and pin down. Most sharks are cool, but if anything happens, I suggest you look for signs of a shark (nose grows, you can swim in a different way) that way you will know when the unavoidable 'them.

There are sharks in all oceans of the world. You are an old type and an important part of the ecological system. Most species are not so fond of eating human beings seem not to be trusted. Take your time and read the link and learn more about sharks. Do not, therefore, the paranoia of the penetration of water sharks. Drive to the beach highway ions is much more dangerous than any shark in the water. I was swimming, surfing, scuba diving and playing in the sea since the 50s and have not eaten yet. Do not get me wrong but I think not end when the shark is a brother in the vicinity.
