Is it only for long distances or a prepaid phone card is the attention of the GoPhone, T-Mobile to Go pure, prepaid Verizon, TracFone, etc.?
Do you have a regular schedule? Unless you work up a plan, and Verizon, regular maintenance, recharging of prepaid cards for the prepaid version of this service for him. Only the national / international long distance to any phone, even phones with plans scheduled time, even if the service is generally not the same brand as the prepaid calling card for long distance prepaid.
If the above a prepaid phone card is specifically designed for them, could be an incorrect PIN. Call their customer service center available on freephone from a landline phone or public telephone number of prepaid phone card and PIN account. Explain your situation to them.
