In reality, only very few buses and trains run 24 hours ... So, if you plan to stay late for the nightlife, is certainly better situated in an area of nightlife.

SOMA is ideal for the nightlife, but not too touristy ... So, if you want even in a tourist area, not a very good choice. Union Square is very touristy (in so far as we never been there), but only from the net and Nob Hill, both with great nightlife. In addition, Nob Hill has a lot of nightlife and tourists are not an end in itself, but the proximity to Union Square, is the * * is the resort. I personally think that Nob Hill is a better choice than Union Square. The network ... I love the country, despite all the hatred, the file (Note: not as dangerous as they say ... it is dirty and stinks, but of course if you are) makes sense and has a little night life, but. .. Meh, living in a hotel, which can be somewhat questionable (non-hazardous waste, is perhaps the only witness to events on the road with a little too closeto you). However, there are some hotels that are the area very well, and certainly a good place for nightlife.

Anyway ... Union Square and Nob Hill are a good choice for nightlife and tourist material. Although in mind the scenes of night life are most successful are not in the tourist areas ... for what he's doing a bit of a compromise. However, the United States and NH are good compromises. Avoid fraud at Fisherman's Wharf ... is very touristy, but very little nightlife (although two are from North Beach and the port relatively close, with both the nightlife ... although I suggest you avoid Coz Marina) is a nuisance.

I am from San Francisco, and I want the first point for you. San Francisco has good public transport network, something like that inside and outside the city is not a problem. The buses run almost 24 hours on all the blocks for a couple. Personally, I suggest that you are looking to stay somewhere outside of San Francisco from the forms of negotiations (though) it would be best hotwire.com well as most major hotels hot wire and you can subscribe to low rates on some Quaility of hotels and higher. Especially in the spring (such as Radisson). South of Market is a great opportunity, not many good hotels that way. Nob Hill and Union Square are very expensive. I would be up to the airport, the access of 2 highways and Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART is a view of the Bay Area). You should also note the premium transportation. By the way - Holiday Inn is the 9th Street in front of the market, some deals can be done, and it is a few blocks from SOMA and downtown nearby, 1 / 2 block from transportation for all those who need them.

Frankly, the information is outdated Rencyreg terrible. If you believe that Soma 'is a great opportunity, "was probably not the neighborhood for a decade. Although some shady enclaves still exist (such as 6th Street), is Soma gentrifying at an alarming rate.

Since the late 1990s, some of the best hotels in San Francisco was built Soma (Four Seasons, St. Regis, W, Intercontinental).

Moscone Convention Center now has a West Wing. Expansion of downtown San Francisco is complete. MoMA, The Museum of the African Diaspora, the Jewish Museum and the Museum of Cartoon Art has moved into this area from other parts of the city. Cranes and skyscrapers everywhere.

In spite of all Soma was still a good night life. Soma The crowd is very diverse. Other nightlife districts are North Beach (right), Marina (right), mixed mission (), beef () mixed), Castro (gay) and Polk Gulch / Fillmore (gay.

Across the Bay Bridge (BART subway or tunnel), Oakland nightlife. But sadly, given the crime rate, you have experienced in Oakland the night. Gulch, you need to practice common sense and caution in the network and to Polk.

Even if it is a tourist mecca during the day, shows the "Fisherman's night life consists mainly of sports bars, theme restaurants and a Hooters. You can impress the rural Midwest who have never been to Chicago. But otherwise, forget it .

I recommend the Holiday Inn Golden Gateway. It is based on Van Ness Avenue and is within walking distance of Fisherman's Wharf, Chinatown, the attention is no longer cable, bars, nightclubs and other attractions.

We stayed at the Hyatt at Fisherman Wharf in SF. There is also a hotel in front of them. Both are good hotels and a few steps from the banks.
